Rohstoff is an ambient cassette label and monthly radio show on Munich community radio Radio 80000, which was run by Javier Bähr and Svar from 2017 to 2021.

It aims to present its audience soundscapes outside the usual realm of club music. It emphasizes on atmosphere and mood over traditional musical structure. Rohstoff seeks to create spatially extended, pulsing ambiances and rhythms that can range from somber and sometimes eerie to more optimistic tones.
